Guidebook to Dreamland(s)

You're probably familiar with James Hilton's novel Lost Horizon and his invention of Shangri-La, a hidden place situated somewhere in the Himalayas in which spirituality reigns, time does not lead to decay, paradisiac surroundings, marvelous people etc. (the inspiration of which is probably Shambala).
Well, a very astute and knowledgeable traveller, Michael Buckley, wrote a guide to getting to the possible locations of Shangri-La.:) I have not yet read the book, but will do so the minute I get my hands on it. It does seem to be a great read.
In the meantime, I found this nice interview with the author about the book.

PS: for an English explanation of Shambala, here.

Conversations, articles, reviews

I found some very interesting interviews that tackle certain issues related to Yoga and Yoga in its modern context. I do recommend them to those interested in the topic.
The first one is an interview with David G White (I'm a real fan of his books; here is a review of his Sinister Yogis), the other two interviews (here and here) are with Mark Singleton (another good author). Finally, and interesting article about the "Oprah-fication of Patanjali".

Hope you enjoy them as much as I did.
